Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct monthly Mass Toolbox meeting and also participate Daily Toolbox meeting.
- Conduct safety related training for the staff and sub-contractors including foreign workers.
- To recommend changes to protect workers, and educate employees on how to prevent health problems through the use of safety training programs.
- To inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment and processes in working areas to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards.
- Responsible for all incidents reporting and investigation lead and manage emergency situation lead and manage the project safety personnel.
- Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on all WSH issues.
- Any related ad-hoc duties or assignment as instructed by the management.
Requirements :
- MOM Registered WSHO
- Minimum 2years local working experience.
- Working experiences with Building Construction would be an advantage.
