Responsibilities:

• Assign job to Technicians and inform Service Advisor on the completion time
• Ensure proper distribution & execution of all repair work orders to the mechanics
• Ensure job board is updated accurately in order to maintain synchronisation between reception and workshop job board
• To ensure all repair works' completion time is according to the promise time and update Service Advisor if there's any delay

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of working experience in automotive repairs industry
2. Possess a valid class 3 driving license
3. Possess basic computer skills
