Workshop Coordinator

Job Description:

1. Scheduling of repair work for the workshop.
2. Preparation of quotations, invoices, DOs, and purchase orders.
3. Reporting, recording, and liaising with mechanics on details for work done.
4. Conveying progress of work done to customers.
5. Checking and comparing spare parts.
6. Taking photos of old and new parts for records.
7. Picking parts for the workshop, if necessary.
8. Coordinating repairs for vehicle breakdowns, including after-office hours.
9. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the workshop manager.

Requirements:

1. Able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
2. Computer literate.
3. Able to work independently, self-driven, and willing to learn.

Other Information:

1. 6 days work week (Mon to Sat 9am to 6pm).
2. Within 5 minutes walking distance from Gul Circle MRT Station.
3. Non-airconditioned workshop.
4. No agents.
