Workshop Lead Installer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Automotive Detailing Specialist / PPF & Window Film Installer to join our automotive grooming and protection team.

The candidate will be responsible for performing professional car detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating preparation, paint protection film installation, window film installation, vinyl wrapping support, vehicle washing and related automotive protection services.

The role requires hands-on technical experience, attention to detail, good workmanship standards, and the ability to work on customer vehicles safely and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Managing Walk in-customers

Managing workshop workflow, Quality checks and process management

Perform professional car washing, grooming, polishing and detailing services.

Carry out paint correction, surface preparation and coating preparation work.

Install paint protection film on vehicle panels according to required standards.

Install automotive window films and assist in heat rejection film application.

Support vinyl wrapping and automotive protection film installation work.

Inspect vehicle paintwork and surface condition before and after job completion.

Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of customer vehicles.

Operate detailing tools, polishing machines, steamers, plotter-cut films and related workshop equipment where required.

Ensure all work is completed according to company quality standards and customer requirements.

Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping in the workshop.

Assist with job documentation, photo records and basic customer service when required.

Requirements

Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in automotive detailing, polishing, PPF installation, window film installation, vinyl wrapping or related automotive protection work.

Able to perform physical hands-on work in a workshop environment.

Knowledge of vehicle paintwork, surface preparation, film handling and installation techniques will be an advantage.

Experience with premium cars, PPF, tinting or ceramic coating work will be preferred.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Good attention to detail and willingness to follow company SOPs.

Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends when required.
