Wound Care/ Home Care Nurse ( 5.5 Days, Office Hours, Up 5 K ) #HVN

Job Scope

•                    To conduct home visits to provide assessment andnursing care to clients

•                    Providing care for both acute and chronicwounds.

•                    Initiating appropriate wound management for thepatients namely negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT), conventional dressingand application of 2 and 4 layers compression bandage.

•                    Educate patient and family members on woundhealing process and issues.

•                    Providing care for patients

•                    Educate and counsel patient and family memberson care  and choosing the appropriatesappliances.

•                    Demonstrate stoma care to the primary caregiver.

Requirement

•                    Diploma in Nursing

-                     at least 2 years of nursing experience

-                     must be able to do rotational Saturday, PublicHolidays and on call duties
