Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to Government agencies App, ensuring smooth communication and efficient query resolution.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly, addressing inquiries with a friendly and efficient approach.
- Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex cases to relevant teams for comprehensive support.
- Maintain a deep understanding of government products and services, providing accurate solutions and staying updated on changes.
- Offer precise assistance tailored to customers' needs, ensuring clarity and completeness in responses.
- Maintain meticulous records of interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis.

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
