Working hours:
- Day shift: 815am to 530pm and 11am to 815pm (Biweekly rotating, 5 days between Mon to Sun)
- Night shift: 8pm to 8am (2-2-3 shift, 15 working days in a month)
Salary: Basic + Shift allowance + Incentives + Standby allowance + AWS
Job scope:
- Answer incoming calls on general inquiries from members of the public.
- Provide accurate information and provide assistance to customers on technical issues such as password reset etc.
- Provide 1st level troubleshooting and escalate complex cases to the relevant product teams.
