Youth Social Worker

Job Description:

• Provide regular mentoring and counselling supportto identified students.
• Build positive relationships and support students' holistic development.
• Plan and conduct intervention programmes tailored to students' individual needs.
• Conduct home visits where required as part of student support.
• Observe students' needs and report concerns to the Student Management Team and School Leaders.
• Attend case review and case management meetings to provide updates on students' progress.
• Work collaboratively with the Student Managemen tand Student Development teams.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to the school's code of conduct and expectations throughout all school engagements.

Requirements:

• Preferably possess a tertiary qualification in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Registered Social Worker in Singapore, or supervised by a registered Social Worker.
• Registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE) as required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the social service sector.
• Experience supporting at-risk students and their families.
• Strong facilitation, communication, mentoring, and counselling skills.
• Passionate about youth development and able to motivate students through engaging, hands-on activities.
• Competent in case management, student engagement, and collaborative teamwork.
