Working Hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 08.30 am to 4.30 pm

Key Roles

• Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins with assigned students.

• Provide a safe, non-judgmental space for students to share concerns.

• Teach practical coping strategies (e.g., calming techniques, seeking help).

• Conduct home visits in pairs to strengthen family engagement.

• Offer culturally responsive support.

• Support restorative conversations and help students prepare for restorative meetings.

• Follow up after restorative processes.

• Support reintegration for students returning from suspension.

• Co-facilitate small group sessions on social skills, emotional regulation, and peer relationships.

• Support programmes that build identity and school connection.

• Work with School Counsellors, Year Heads, and Form Teachers.

• Provide regular updates on student progress and flag concerns.

• Participate in case discussions.

• Maintain records of check-ins, home visits, and follow-up actions.

Requirements

• Diploma in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, Education, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
