Working Hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 7.00 am to 4.00 pm

Key Roles

• Conduct investigations, interview students, take statements, and establish timelines.

• Supervise in-school suspension and after-school detention; ensure completion of schoolwork and reflection tasks.

• Prepare incident reports, analyse offense trends, and update HOD Student Management.

• Communicate with parents on incidents, consequences, and support plans.

• Patrol canteen and manage morning assembly transition and late-comers.

• Conduct internal and external patrols to ensure safety and monitor student conduct.

• Track attendance and support home visits for Long-Term Absenteeism cases.

• Supervise Student Activity Centre and organise recreational activities.

• Mentor at-risk students and support their behavioural growth.

Requirements

• Experience in youth work, education, counselling, social services, or student welfare preferred.

• Background in security or uniformed services (SPF/SAF/SCDF) preferred.
