Youth Worker #Woodlands

Working Hour

• Mondays to Fridays: 12 pm to 4 pm

Key Roles

• Customise and run UPLIFT programmes with vendors; manage resources and track student progress.

• Conduct twice-weekly student check-ins and follow-up support.

• Provide individual and group support for students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges.

• Build positive relationships and apply early intervention strategies.

• Conduct workshops for students and staff

• Collaborate with Year Heads, Counsellors, Form Teachers, and programme providers to monitor progress.

• Report student progress regularly

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience

• Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, Child/Adolescent Development, or equivalent.
