As a full-time Cashier,

• Provide a great level of customer service at cash desk. Smiling, reinforcing customers decisions and being proactive.
• Process sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently, accurately and quickly in all payment methods with a high level of accuracy.
• Cover key responsibilities of the Head Cashier and Deputy Cashier in their absence.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies with support from the Head Cashier.
• Provide till reports throughout the day to Managers and colleagues when required.
• Help the Sales Assistants on the shop floor when required.
• Continually develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the store.
• Make sure that the processing of merchandise movements assigned to cashiers is accurate and all documentation is organized.

Requirements:
• Previous fashion retail experience and/or excellent customer service experience preferred
• Previous cash handling experience desirable
• You are a multitasker, creative, unstoppable and proactive
• You have strong numerate and literacy skills
• Articulate and good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Commitment Hours:
• 44 hours/week
• Able to commit on Weekends and Public Holidays 
• Operation starts as early as 8am and ends as late or at 11pm
