Position Summary
To procure goods and services in support of company's operational requirements, ensuring cost effectiveness, compliance with quality standards, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and evaluate suitable suppliers to meet business and operational needs.
• Purchase goods and services, including negotiating commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure best value.
• Manage and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, including regular performance evaluation.
• Analyze procurement costs and market trends to drive competitiveness and cost efficiency.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with applicable regulations, internal policies, and quality standards.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in procurement, purchasing and sourcing.
• Prior experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment (OSAT) is required.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP).
• Strong understanding of procurement-related regulations, standards, and best practices.
