Buyer / Procurement Executive (US MNC SAP Manufacturing)

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. Itis ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.

• Location: Bendemeer
• Working Hours: RegularOffice Hours
• Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)

Responsibilities:

• Act as key contact point for suppliers to manage supply execution
• Manage purchase orders, order confirmations, rescheduling, and material planning
• Monitor demand, forecast, and safety stock levels to ensure supply continuity
• Resolve supply shortages and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Support supplier capacity planning, lead-time management, and performance tracking (OTD/LTD)
• Participate in supplier reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain SAP system updates and documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
