Indoor Sales / Sourcing Specialist (Marine Industry)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and follow up closely to secure orders
• Respond to customer enquiries, including urgent and technical requests
• Source products locally and internationally, including hard-to-find items
• Maintain strong communication with customers and suppliers
• Resolve issues by coordinating between customers and vendors
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive service
• Build long-term relationships with clients

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Problem-solving attitude and persistence in sourcing
• Comfortable handling urgent requests and tight deadlines
• Ability to manage technical queries (training provided if needed)
• Experience in marine industry or ship chandelling preferred
• Familiar with working beyond office hours when required
