Job Responsibility:
Your primary job responsibility will be as follows:-
a) You will be primarily responsible for:
As Merchandiser
1. Creating suggestions for new inventory considering the local trend and market
2. In charge of inventory: receiving, recording, organizing and storing of stocks.
3. Creating delivery invoices for shops
4. To conduct quarterly stock audit (office warehouse and stores).
5. Handle all aspect of ecommerce sales orders/returns and inquiries.
6. Handle all aspect of stock allocation/consolidation to stores/office.
7. Provide assistance with HR functions to recruit part time-full time sales promoters.
8. In charge of logistic/trade (import & export) activities, if any.
9. To reconcile monthly sales and stock summary reports of all stores/ecommerce stores.
10. Provide general administrative/accounting support in order to run daily office operations.
As Sales Promoter:
1. Organizing and cleaning store
2. Ensure proper VM of Store
3. Ensuring sales activities to achieve sales target
4. Guiding and Training other Sales Promoters
5. Sale Hour: 11am to 9 pm
b) You will be additionally responsible, when in Office and if requires (without any notice)
i. For keeping all official documents in order.
ii. For ensuring office is clean and orderly.
iii. Answering phone calls and attending to guests that visit the office.
c) Any other responsibility given by the company
