Job Summary

Drive profitable growth in petrochemical trading by identifying market opportunities, developing strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in a dynamic global market.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with key industry counterparts to support business growth
• Identify and evaluate trading opportunities within the petrochemical market to maximize profitability
• Manage physical trade operations ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Prospect and secure profitable new business opportunities within target markets
• Establish new relationships in target markets to expand the petrochemical business portfolio
• Conduct comprehensive market research to monitor global oil fluctuations and market trends
• Develop and implement effective trading strategies that increase profits and market share
• Share timely and relevant market intelligence with colleagues to support informed decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Naphtha, LPG purchasing, and NCC product sales within a petrochemical company
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with employees at all levels, including senior management
• Results-driven with a proactive approach and strong commitment to meeting deadlines accurately
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, well-organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Availability to start work immediately
