Job Summary

Manage procurement activities for construction materials and services to support project execution, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, timely delivery, and strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source construction materials and services to meet project requirements and budget constraints
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations to identify best value options
• Prepare and issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers
• Coordinate with suppliers and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Negotiate prices and terms to optimize procurement costs and maintain supplier partnerships
• Maintain organized procurement records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
• 1–2 years of procurement experience in the construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
