PROCUREMENT CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
• Request for quotations.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions.
• Track goods and services delivery status and assist in the payment processing of goods and services procured.
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders on procurement matters.
• Plan, schedule and liaise with concerned parties pertaining to boat utilization.
• Administrative duties.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum requirement ‘O’ Level / ‘N’ Levels
• With or without experience
• Team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work on Weekend (From Home) for Boat Arrangement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Interested in Marine industry
