Procurement Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Executive to join our rapidly expanding company.

Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, the successful incumbent will be involved in a full suite of Procurement functions. This is a sole contributor role.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

-        Process purchase requisitions and issue Purchase Orders

-        Liaise with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery schedules

-        Compare quotations and support cost evaluation

-        Track order status and ensure on-time delivery

-        Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation

-        Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, logistics)

-        Assist in invoice verification and reconciliation

-        Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:

-       At least 2-3 years’ working experience in strategic sourcing procurement in the Telco industry and familiar with mobile telecommunications network equipment. 

-       Good educational background, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Economics or Business Administration.

-       Strong negotiation skill.

-       Resourceful in sourcing.

-       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

-       Good verbal and written communication skills.

-       Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Able to work as a team across the company.
