Procurement Executive

-Source and negotiate with suppliers for food ingredients, beverages, packaging, kitchen equipment, and operational supplies.

-Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best terms while maintaining quality standards.

-Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.

-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to avoid stock shortages.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate supplier performance.

-Ensure all purchased products comply with food safety and quality standards.

-Resolve issues related to deliveries, product quality, shortages, or supplier performance.

-Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

-Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier contracts, and documentation.

-Work closely with the operations, finance, and warehouse teams to support daily business needs.

Requirement

-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

-Minimum 2–3 years of procurement experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

-Strong knowledge of food products, packaging materials, and supplier management.
