Location: Central Area

Salary: $3000 - $3700

Join a growing F&B group and support procurement activities for the Korea market, working closely with overseas suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth sourcing and supply chain operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for food ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies
• Source and coordinate with suppliers from the Korea market
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment across outlets
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Work closely with outlets to support stock planning and demand forecasting
• Liaise with overseas suppliers regarding pricing, product specifications, shipment schedules, and supply matters
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency
• Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records
• Collaborate with Logistics and Operations teams to ensure smooth supply chain activities
• Support supplier sourcing, cost optimisation, and procurement improvement initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, International Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 1-3 years of procurement or purchasing experience
• Experience in F&B, restaurant, FMCG, retail, or hospitality industry preferred
• Experience handling overseas suppliers and procurement activities within the Korea market
