Procurement (SAP/P2P/Operations) US MNC Semiconductor

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. Itis ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.

• Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: Regular Office Hours
• Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)

Responsibilities:

• Creating and updating Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP
• Supporting invoice verification, Goods Receipt (GR), and 3-way matching (PO–GR–Invoice)
• Maintaining procurement master data (pricing, supplier records, info records)
• Following up on open POs, overdue transactions, and discrepancies
• Supporting month-end closing activities, including accruals for expenses and capital spend
• Preparing and maintaining reports, trackers, and dashboards to ensure data accuracy
• Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve operational issues
• Supporting supplier onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Purchasing (MNC environment preferred)
• Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration or related field
• Hands-on experience with SAP or Ariba is strongly preferred
• Good knowledge of PO processing, invoice matching, or procurement operations
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable working with high-volume transactional data
