Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and dynamic Purchaser & Sales Executive to join our team. This dual-function role requires an organized professional capable of managing the end-to-end purchasing workflow while providing seamless administrative support to our sales team and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supply Chain Management:

• Order Processing: Create, maintain, and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately.
• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate and follow up with vendors on shipping and delivery schedules.
• Supplier Performance: Evaluate supplier performance and recommend quality improvement measures.
• Sourcing & Negotiation: Source new suppliers, perform supplier analysis, and handle commercial negotiations.
• Material Planning: Prepare material plans, generate inventory forecasts, and implement cost-reduction strategies.
• Capacity Tracking: Communicate with suppliers regarding production capacities, readiness, and material supply.

Sales Support & Customer Service:

• Inquiry Handling: Attend to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process incoming sales orders.
• Order Fulfillment: Monitor active orders to ensure timely completion and fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Client Relations: Conduct follow-up calls to update clients on procedures and assess customer satisfaction.
• Sales Presentations: Organize and prepare presentation materials ahead of strict deadlines.
