Fourway Engineering Pte Ltd is an ISO certified company which specialized in the design and manufacturing of Electrical Switchboard, Smart Panel, ACMV Panel, LCP and all types of customized empty metal enclosures.

We are looking for an experienced Purchaser to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Raising and issuance of Purchase Orders.
• Verify documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and other related paperwork.
• Sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, evaluating offers, and negotiating prices and terms.
• Liaise and follow up with suppliers on products and stock availability; pricing and delivery schedules.
• Monitoring and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of items.
• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
• Interact closely with suppliers and Managers/Engineers to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory and supplier records.
• Ensure all purchasing and store activities comply with the Company's ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and requirements.
• Assist in ISO audit documentation.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management, as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management, business management, logistics or a related field.
• At least 3 years and above of purchasing experience in the electrical manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and MYOB.
• Detail-oriented, with good organizational and communication skills.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive work attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards will be an added advantage.
• Able to start work immediately or within a short period of time.
