Purchaser ( 5 day Woodland)

Responsibilities

1) Responsible for purchasing function

2) Check purchasing document to ensure correctness and adequacy

3) Prepare, issurance and monitoring requistions & purchase order, ensure that purchase order balance are accurate and parts are provided on time

4) Follow up purchases to ensure timely delivery, collect and delivery performance of vendors.

5) Maintain and update approved vendor list

6) Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior

7) Prepare material plan

8) Work closely with other departments to ensure quality parts were delivered and continuous flow of material as per production requirement

9) Visit supplier as needed to verify and check any problem/issues encountered

10）Coordinate and act as mediator between supplier and planner concerning forecast, delivery plan as per customer required as schedule

Job Requirement
-with at least 2 relevant experience preferably in relevant industry, ie Plastic moulding.

-Diploma / ITE level
-Working hour : 8 to 5.45pm Mon to Fri
