Job Responsibilities

• Handle both technical and provision purchasing for the marine industry.

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and provisions based on operational requirements.

• Obtain quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of purchases.

• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil procurement requirements.

• Prepare purchasing documentation and maintain accurate procurement records.

• Perform other purchasing and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in the Ship Chandling / Marine Offshore industry.

• Experience in technical and/or provision purchasing.

• Candidates with strong technical purchasing experience who are willing to learn provision purchasing are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
