Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Food Ingredients)
• Position Title: Purchasing & Inventory Executive
• Working Location: MacPherson (walking distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30AM – 5.00PM)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $3500 + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Purchasing and Inventory Manager and cover duties during their absence.
• Monitor purchase orders, shipments, and ensure timely arrival of goods.
• Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders on orders and shipping schedules.
• Maintain accurate SAP records: receiving items, stock adjustments, repacking, and updating product labels.
• Conduct inventory checks and resolve discrepancies with the warehouse team.
• Prepare monthly reports, clearance lists, marine cargo insurance declarations, and ETA schedules.
• Conduct inventory checks and resolve discrepancies with the warehouse.
• Prepare monthly clearance lists and reports for management review.
• Manage SAP adjustments for stock movements, repacking, and non-sales items.
• Assist with year-end stock take and update stock counts (may require overtime with compensatory off).
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• 3–5 years’ experience in Purchasing and Inventory management.
• Proficient in SAP, Incoterms, and MS Office (Excel intermediate).
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
