Purchasing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, planning, expediting orders to meet the scheduled of usage
• Negotiate contract terms on pricing and product quality
• Issue of PO and update in purchasing system
• Shipment co-ordination with vendor, customer and shipping agents for import and export with knowledge of Bill of Lading, permits and BCA approval
• Oversees stock control and support project materials delivery requirements
• Maintain good working relationships with new and existing key suppliers to manage delivery and product quality

Job Requirements

• Incumbent is required to familiar with  Materials, Machineries & Equipments in Civil Engineering Sector.
• Min Diploma or its equivalent with minimum 3 years’ experience, and preferable in the Civil Enginerring Industry
• A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills
