Purchasing Executive (4 Months Contract)

Responsibilities

• Manage decentralized purchase order creations on behalf of the functions assigned.
  
• Source for items based on assigned categories.
  
• Perform price negotiations and vendor management.
  
• Interact with external stakeholders such as vendors on service-level agreements.
  
• Interact with internal stakeholders such as end-users on their requirements and the Finance department on payment-related issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with the organization’s procurement policies.
  
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor, carrying them out diligently and professionally.
  

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business / Purchasing
  
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in procurement / sourcing
  
• Good communication and writing skills
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
  
• Knowledge in SAP
