Title: Regional Procurement Manager (Global Pharma MNC)

Location: Singapore

We are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation to appoint a Regional Procurement Manager to strengthen its regional sourcing and supply chain capabilities.

This is a strategic sourcing role responsible for driving end-to-end category strategy across critical direct procurement spend areas

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional category strategies across multiple direct procurement categories
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management
• Drive cost optimisation while ensuring quality, compliance, and supply continuity in a GMP-regulated environment
• Partner closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Operations, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams
• Manage key supplier relationships and build long-term strategic partnerships
• Identify and implement value creation, risk mitigation, and procurement transformation opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (Chemistry / Biology / Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology) or chemical engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimally 5 to 8 years of procurement or sourcing experience, ideally within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Consumer Health, OTC, or Pharmaceutical industries
• Strong exposure to external Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO/CDMOs), API, chemicals, or packaging categories is desirable
• Experience working in a regional or multi-country procurement environment
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• CIPS/ISM certification or an MBA would be advantageous
