Prince’s Landscape is currently looking to hire a Purchase Executive.

Job Description

• Oversee the duties and roles of Purchasing Executive.
• Project and plan ahead orders and delivery of common or product in high demand or that required lead time.
• Ensure proper delegation of duties and responsibilities to cover fellow purchasers on leave.
• Submit weekly report of activities and updates to Team Leader.
• Provide quarterly reports on work in progress and KPI to Management.
• Draft, update and improve Directives and SOP for Purchasing.
• Source for the most competitive price and quality of products from local and overseas suppliers.
• Compare price, quality and service of vendors/sub-contractors before shortlisting them.
• Negotiate for the best price and terms of contract.
• Coordinate and monitor on time delivery of products to the designated destination.
• Ensure that there is enough lead time for products that need advance order.
• Attend all incoming orders from other departments.
• Prepare purchase orders.
• Tally delivery orders with purchase orders.
• Maintain and update all records of purchases with proper documentation, upload daily purchase orders to Google.
• Manage and update Master Vendor and Subcontractor list regularly, at quarterly intervals.
• Visit local or overseas nurseries to source for products.
• Assess and evaluate vendor performance half yearly.
• Source for new vendors and sub- contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or Diploma in relevant discipline.
• At least 2-3 years work experience in the same field.
• Good computer knowledge
