Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive / Senior Procurement Executive to support end-to-end procurement operations within an engineering and project-based environment. The role involves sourcing, tender management, supplier engagement, contract negotiation, and procurement coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, tendering, quotation evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and purchase order processing
• Source and evaluate suppliers/vendors to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and timely delivery of materials and services
• Conduct price analysis and contract negotiations to achieve optimal procurement outcomes
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including supplier evaluation and performance management
• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders on procurement requirements, delivery schedules, and purchase order closure
• Monitor procurement status and provide timely updates to stakeholders
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal procurement governance and company policies
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably within engineering, M&E, construction, or project-based industries

• Experience handling sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier management

• Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana will be an added advantage

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
