Visual Merchandising

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and passionate Visual Merchandiser to craft captivating in-store displays and layouts that showcase our client’s beauty products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of current beauty trends, and will work closely with the brands VM teams to execute multiple projects across APAC region

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with brands on execution aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
• Key communicator with brand’s VM team on guidelines.
• Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across all store locations and displays.
• Manage visual merchandising budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation of displays.
• Working closely with local partners to arrange permit and manpower, ensure strong execution and prepare completion report.
• Daily communication and weekly WIP report with brands.
• Assistant to VM Director in all projects.

Qualifications:

Possess a diploma / degree in Visual Merchandising

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, particularly within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Strong aesthetic sense with a good understanding of beauty trends.
• Excellent creative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of technical skills, retail display tools, and layout software.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular hours, including weekends.
