Assistant Manager, Corporate Partnerships and Engagement

• Engage and foster collaborations with Corporates, Foundations as well as public sector agencies who share common agenda with AIC’s vision to support our seniors to live well and age purposefully
• Support the implementation of collaborative projects and initiatives, which includes but not limited to:

- Management of sponsorships

- Project management to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives

- Donor reporting and recognition

• Provide account management to assigned Partner Accounts:

- Build strong relationship and trust with Partner

- Have overview of and understand the needs of Partner

- Cultivate Partner to align and support AIC’s vision, and pilot collaborations

- Maintain a consistent and valued engagement experience with Partner

• Liaison, support and project manage plans and programmes eg. Friends of Community Care Award

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 5 years of working experience in similar nature
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills with an eye for details
• Strong problem solving skills and able to multi-task under tight deadlines
• Team player with high level of initiative and able to work independently
