Senior / Supervisor, Bus Safety & Security

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

The Senior / Supervisor, Safety & Security is responsible to investigate into incidents and accidents to identify the causes and/or determine the non-compliance to rules and regulations. He / She will also play a crucial role in the education, engagement and enforcement of safety processes and procedures. Additionally, he / she is responsible to improve the safety culture and performance within the organisation, as well as to ensure compliance to legal legislations and corporate requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct traffic accident investigation
• Standby Duty Investigation Officer (accident scene investigation)
• Provide safety inputs during bus trials
• Perform Education, Engagement and Enforcement on safety issues
• Participate in implementation of ISO39001
• Conduct WSH incident investigation and WSH L1 Inspection
• Conduct Red Teaming and End of Trip (EOT) Checks

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Possess at least a Diploma
• At least 1-2 years of working experience, previous experience in investigative roles will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health regulations will be an advantage

Skills

Must be proficient in MS Office applications, good interviewing and report writing skills
