Area Manager

Location: Eastern region and typically comprise several buildings within each site.

Job summary:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of facility management services across assigned portfolios, ensuring operational excellence and service quality.

• Provide direction, mentorship, and support to Building Managers, Technical Executives, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers in managing daily building operations.

• Analyze operational challenges, resolve issues, and offer technical and strategic guidance to site teams.

• Establish and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal workflows to improve efficiency and consistency across operations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, authorities, and key stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships and effective communication.

• Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.

• Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by Management.

Job Requirement 

• Possess an approved tertiary or equivalent qualification and with at least 5 years relevant post graduate experience in Projects & Facilities Management/ Estate Management/ Engineering or Equivalent.
