Building Services Manager (M&E / Commercial Buildings)

Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Building Services Manager to be part of their Facilities Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

Duties of Building Services Manager:

• Oversee site services and lead the onsite team and vendors.
• Ensure events management and AV support for client spaces.
• Review and approve documents for accuracy and quality.
• Adhere to KPI guidelines, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
• Address public and tenant feedback and complaints promptly.
• Prepare and submit management reports.
• Maintain and upkeep building installations and systems.
• Execute maintenance regimes and schedules.
• Plan and implement work programs and projects.
• Coordinate and manage maintenance and tenancy works.
• Plan and execute annual improvement works within budget.
• Maintain records of transactions and accounts.
• Conduct monthly tenant and customer engagement sessions.
• Oversee vendor performance and service standards.

Requirements:

• DIploma / Degree in related field
• Relevant M&E experience in Commercial Buildings settings.
