Job Title: Business Development Director

The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying new business opportunities in overseas markets, building client relationships and driving company growth focusing on real estate development in international markets, particularly India. The role involves developing strategies to expand in overseas markets, secure new projects, and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement the company’s international business development strategy.
· Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients in overseas regions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, consultants, and government agencies.
· Prepare business proposals, tenders, and commercial negotiations with overseas clients.
· Coordinate with internal departments including operations, finance, HR, procurement, and legal to support overseas projects.
· Develop annual business plans, sales targets, and revenue forecasts for international operations.
· Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade missions, conferences, and networking events.
· Ensure compliance with local laws, licensing requirements, and company policies in each operating country.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably law/legal studies.
· Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in business development
· Knowledge of local regulatory environment and compliance
· Willingness to travel
