Head of Asset Management / CEO

Location: Singapore and London

A global real estate investment platform is seeking an accomplished senior executive to partner closely with the Leadership Committee in driving office/commercial asset enhancement, operational transformation, and institutional-grade exits across its European real estate portfolio.

This is a highly strategic yet hands-on leadership role focused on maximizing asset value through repositioning, redevelopment, operational optimization, and structured divestment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Executive Partnership

• Work closely with the Chairman and CEO to align asset-level execution with overall portfolio strategy
• Support senior leadership in portfolio management, strategic planning, and investor engagement
• Act as a key liaison between European operations and global leadership teams
• Partner with overseas management teams to implement governance standards and operational best practices
• Mentor and develop junior talent across asset management and reporting functions

2. Asset Enhancement & Value Creation

• Lead asset repositioning, redevelopment, and operational turnaround initiatives
• Drive NOI improvement through leasing optimization, operational efficiencies, and cost management
• Develop and implement ESG-focused enhancement strategies aligned with institutional investor expectations
• Establish scalable operating frameworks to support future platform growth
• Oversee project execution across commercial real estate assets in Europe

3. Exit Strategy & Capital Solutions

• Develop and execute asset divestment strategies, including direct sales, recapitalizations, and joint ventures
• Partner with leadership to optimize exit timing based on asset performance and market conditions
• Structure capital solutions balancing liquidity needs and long-term value maximization
• Support institutional-grade transaction execution and stakeholder management

Requirements

Experience & Technical Expertise

• 15+ years of experience in European commercial real estate asset management, development, or investment execution
• Candidates with strong China commercial real estate execution experience and international exposure may also be considered
• Proven track record in:Asset repositioning and redevelopmentOperational turnarounds and NOI enhancementFull-cycle real estate investments and exitsLeasing, project management, and capital structuring
• Experience managing complex cross-border stakeholder environments

Location & Mobility
