Education: Minimum 'O' Level, Diploma, or Degree in Estate Management or a related discipline.
Experience: Proven experience in operational management, with specific estate management experience being highly advantageous.
Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking residents, contractors, and stakeholders.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve complaints and resident grievances professionally and tactfully.
Knowledge Base: Strong foundational understanding of the BMSMA, strata living principles, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, and risk assessment protocols is preferred.
Tech Proficiency: IT-savvy with strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
Work Style: Highly meticulous and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
