Facilities Building Manager

• Basic Range up to SGD 7,000.00.
• 5 days work week.
• Office Location: Downtown CBD

As a Facilities Building Manager, What You Will Be Doing:

• Overseeing Maintenance & Operations of the office building to ensure all facilities are in excellent condition.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance in accordance to BMSMA and conduct regular safety inspection.
• Review and prepare budget management, involve in negotiation contracts with vendors and other costing such as (CAPEX, Sinking Funds, etc)
• Review Terms Contract to ensure compliance and timely procurement process.
• Liaise with stakeholder of MCST.

Key Success For This Role:

• At least Diploma or Degree in Building, Facilities, M&E or equivalent.
• Proven 5 to 10 years work experience in building management.
• Experienced in MCST and BMSMA.
• Comfortable to work beyond standard operating hours, when required.
