Facilities Management Executive

You will act as point of contact for facilities management for users in an industrial building.

Your roles will include

• Oversee and manage outsourced service providers on a regular basis (i.e. Security services, cleaning services, pest control services etc.)
• Responsible for keeping the building and common ground areas properly maintained, cleaned and safe.
• Maintain abreast with current M&E services, and latest fire safety equipment & knowledge
• Track the maintenance of facilities and physical assets, from preventive to scheduled maintenance to emergency repairs
• Ensure compliance with all related building & statutory codes requirement.
• Assist in any ad hoc A&A/ upgrading/ improvement projects.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma & above
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience in facilities management
