Facilities Manager

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure a safe and efficient working environment

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems

• Lead and oversee the Contractor’s works and services

• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify maintenance issues, safety risks, and improvement opportunities

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements

• Manage facility budgets, monitor operating expenses, and control maintenance costs

• Plan and execute renovation, upgrading, and improvement projects within approved timelines and budgets

• Coordinate closely with the Client to ensure service quality, address feedback, and maintain strong communication

• Maintain accurate records, reports, maintenance schedules, and documentation related to facility operations

• Collaborating with Project Manager on improvement initiatives

• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Built Environment/Facilities Management/Engineering or related fields

• Min 5 years experience in similar positions

• Tier 3 Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) accreditation is an advantage

• Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm), Sat Half Day Tentatively

• Salary: Up to $5500

• Location: North area, Depending on site

• Able to start work on short notice
