Summary

A leading Multinational Corporation (MNC)headquartered in Taiwan is establishing a new factory in Singapore. We areseeking a Facility M& E Engineer to supervise its construction and managethe facility of the plant’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

·               CoordinateM&E installation works and liaise with contractors and consultants.

·               SuperviseM&E installation during the construction phase

·               Coordinatefactory layout, manage bidding and project implementation and acceptance

·               Ensurecompliance with design drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

·               Supportroutine maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting of M&E systems and resolveinstallation challenges

·               Coordinateand manage the contractor to troubleshoot the electrical/mechanical faultswithin the factory

·               Monitorsite progress and report issues

·               Managefixed assets related to factory machinery

Qualifications

·               Diplomain Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

·               Possessat least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a factory

·               Knowledgeof M&E systems, site coordination, and construction standards.

·               Preferablypossess an Electrical License from Energy Market Authority (EMA)

·               Abilityto interpret M&E drawings and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

·               Ableto communicate effectively and have strong problem-solving skills

·               Ableto speak Chinese to communicate with stakeholders and Chinese speaking clients
