Our client is a listed firm in Japan, an investment platform focused on sourcing and structuring large-scale Japan real estate opportunities for international investors. With a strong and established pipeline already in place, the firm is now expanding its presence in Southeast Asia by building a dedicated distribution and strategic partnerships network, positioning itself as a long-term cross-border investment partner in the region.

Job Description

• Proven experience building and scaling international property distribution channels across Singapore and SEA markets
• Track record of supporting local and international developers in establishing effective sales and partner networks
• Strong familiarity with the Singapore residential and investment sales ecosystem, including knowing the appropriate senior teams within major agencies (e.g. PropNex, ERA) for high‑value transactions (SGD20m+)
• Established relationships with boutique real estate agencies and wealth management firms, with the ability to structure and maintain long-term strategic partnerships

The Successful Applicant

• 10+ years' experience in channel sales, capital raising, or investment-related business development
• Track record of distributing or marketing high-value real estate or investment products
• Experience working with assets or transactions valued at SGD10m+
• Strong existing relationships within relevant sales or investor channels
• Proven ability to build partnerships and operate with a high level of independence
• Commercial mindset with interest in cross-border investment strategies
