Lease Admin Officer/Executive

Assist the Head of Marketing, Commercial and provide support to the office team for lease management function.

Job Description

• Assist in budget modelling.
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties or assignments as assigned by Management.
• Coordinating viewings with agents.
• Documents housekeeping.
• Ensure proper documentation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure.
• Liaise with external legal counsel to prepare the lease/licence and related documents.
• Prepare regular reports for timely submission.
• Provide administrative support in preparation of lease documentation.
• Tabulate property tax and generate the report from system.
• Track compliance documents and insurance policies submission.
• Work with external consultants to enhance lease management software system.
• Work with inter-department on tenant management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Meticulous and detail oriented.
• Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Strong in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong numerical, written and verbal communication skills.
