We are looking for a dedicated and organised LeasingExecutive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals whoenjoy interacting with people, have good organisational skills, and are keen tobuild a career in the property industry. Fresh graduates and candidates with noprior experience are welcome to apply, as comprehensive training will beprovided.

KeyResponsibilities

l   Manage the leasing of units within our commercial and industrialproperties.

l   Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, tenancy agreements, andother leasing-related documentation.

l   Follow up on rental payments and maintain accurate leasing records.

l   Conduct property viewings and respond promptly to leasing enquiries.

l   Coordinate the handover and takeover of units with tenants.

l   Liaise with contractors and coordinate maintenance and repair worksfor the building.

l   Prepare occupancy, leasing, and rental reports for management.

l   Generate new leasing enquiries and leads to maximise occupancy.

l   Provide professional customer service to existing and prospectivetenants.

Requirements

l   Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

l   Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

l   Prior leasing or property experience is not required. Training willbe provided.

l   Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple tasksefficiently.

l   Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communicationskills.

l   Customer service-oriented.

l   Hungry to learn, grow, and succeed.
