Job Description:

• Lease out and manage the Group's properties which includes but not limited to, prospecting, presenting, negotiating, securing and attending to all tenancy related matters.
• Manage the Group's properties to ensure that they are in good and tenantable condition and attending to all facilities related issues.
• Draft and review tenancy agreements.
• Handle rental arrears.
• Establish, develop and manage long-term customer relationships in order to maintain good landlord and tenant relationships.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate/ Building/ Facilities Management with 1 year of working experience in leasing & building management.
• Knowledge in Real Estate/ Building/ Facilities Management
• Knowledge of MS Office
