Leasing Manager (Retail)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, an established real estate investment and property management firm, is currently looking for a Leasing Manager to join their team.

The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing the full leasing cycle across a portfolio of commercial and retail properties, including prospecting, viewings, negotiations, lease execution and tenant handovers.

The role includes sourcing suitable tenants to achieve occupancy, rental income and tenant mix objectives, managing lease documentation and administration, marketing available spaces, and maintaining relationships with tenants, brokers and business partners.

Additionally, the responsibility includes conducting market research, supporting lease renewals, preparing leasing and portfolio performance reports, contributing to annual budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with internal teams on marketing and asset enhancement initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Building Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and retail leasing
• Experience in retail asset classes
• Strong industry network and relationships with tenants, brokers and business partners
• Experienced in tenancy agreements for retail clients
• Experience managing the full leasing cycle and lease administration
